Wahaca's new summer menu has arrived


Fresh and fiesty flavours are spicing up summer classics at Wahaca this season. Just sit back, tuck in to a taco and sip on your margarita to enjoy...


As Wahaca turns 10 years old, founder Thomasina Miers has been flicking back through the authentic menus to pull together her favourite summer dishes from summer days gone by in the Wahaca kitchens.

Adding a spoonful of salsa and a sprinkle of spices and flavours inspired by recent travels around the Mexican motherland, Wahaca has a new fast, fresh and fiesty fiesta for you to enjoy this summer.


We love the new buttermilk chicken tacos - crispy fried chicken, topped with habanero and white onion relish and a spiced mayo. The extra cheesy quesadillas, including the new chicken club are delicious too. Share the fire roasted cactus and courgette tacos and a heavenly hibiscus-roasted aubergine salad with roast serrano hummus, mint vinaigrette and salsa macha with friends and wash it all down with a Margarita!

New to the market treats section is the four cheese empanada, stuffed with four different cheeses in one pastry parcel and topped with a fresh tomatillo salsa.
